A recent upgrade in our voice service has caused some calls to the office to go unanswered. Those issues have been resolved. When you call into the office during business hours, if we are on another phone call and unable to answer your call, you should be redirected to our daytime voicemail system. If you call outside of office hours, your calls will be redirected to our answering service as they have been in the past.
